The Web-related line of product gathers a complete Web on TV browsing environment that can be extended towards HbbTV compiance, a Flash on TV browsing environment, a range of TV SDKs for major Web services e.g. Facebook, a collection of “native” TV clients for Web services e.g. Skype, a TV widget manager and a suite of TV widgets e.g. vTuner.
The DLNA-related line of product consists in a Network Media Player – an end-user application that allows for browsing through and rendering of both local and remote multimedia contents, a Multimedia Manager – the multimedia engine responsible for the discovery and rendering of multimedia contents, and a full-fledged implementation of the DLNA protocol for Digital Media Server (DMS), Player (DMP), Renderer (DMR), and Controller (DMC) device classes. The DLNA products are available for both Linux and Android.
The DVB-related line of product is made of a robust, full-featured, and field-proven DVB/PVR engine that may be embedded within various devices such as set-top boxes (STB), integrated digital TV sets (iDTV), personal video recorders (PVR), etc. deployed over various networks (cable, satellite, terrestrial), integrated with various security solutions (embedded Conditional Access Systems, DVB-CIv1, CI Plus), and ported on top of various chipsets (STMicroelectronics, Trident/NXP, etc.).
The CI-related line of product gathers a suite of DVB-CIv1 and CI Plus host software which are robust, reliable, and have been deployed in millions of units. The suite consists in the DVB-CIv1 protocol stack, the DVB-CIv1 resources, the CI Plus V1.2 resources, and the CI Plus V1.3 resources.
The MHEG-5-related line of product consists in a collection of MHEG-5 browsers and interactive engines. The browsers give support to CI Plus V1.2 and CI Plus V1.3 (including High-Def graphics), and the engines are compliant with MHEG-5 1.06 (Standard-Def graphics) and MHEG-5 2.0 (including High-Def graphics and Interaction Channel).
The range of turnkey master software for connected integrated Digital TVs (iDTVs) provides a global software solution for a variety of hybrid (analogue and digital), Standard and High Definition (SD/HD) iDTV configurations, from the simple zapper and the digital media player (over USB and/or the home network) through to the Web on TV client, the Personal Video Recorder, and the digital media server.
