Management

For over twenty years, Hans-Jürgen has held leadership roles in the semiconductor industry, ranging from product development, marketing and sales trough to business unit management. His expertise includes definition and implementation of business strategies, management of large multinational teams, and M&A. He has established high-level contacts into the consumer electronics and semiconductor industries, and accumulated a deep understanding of digital TV systems. He was the (co)founder and General Manager of several start-up companies: IV-TEC GmbH (2009), Tivisu GmbH (2010), and iWedia S.A. (2011). The holder of eight patents, Hans-Jürgen is a Dipl. Ing. in microelectronics from TH Darmstadt, Germany.

Nikola has over fifteen years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, with a strong expertise in real time systems design, consumer devices, and software solutions for flat panel TV sets. He has held senior management positions including team building, team management, business development, set up of marketing and sales strategies, and progressed to general management positions for a multi-site multi-project company (300+ headcount). The holder of over ten patents, Nikola is also a professor at the University of Novi Sad, where he heads the Chair of Computer Communications. Nikola earned a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from that same University in 1999.
