Philippe has 20 years of experience in multimedia and telecommunications technologies both in consulting and industry. He started his career at Schlumberger as Product Manager in oil testing equipment and then participated in the founding of a consulting firm in technology (I-COM) specialized in communication products. He participated actively in the standardization bodies of the JPEG and MPEG standards. In 1992, he joined the telecom division of Communications and Systems where he headed, in succession, consulting, strategic marketing, and the Internet and security division. In 1999 Philippe joined Cadence Design Systems as Design Services Manager. He recently published a book on multimedia protocols entitled “Normes et Standards du Multimedia” (Dunod). He is a graduate of l’Ecole Centrale Lyon, holds a BA in economics and also a Ph.D. in electronics from the University of Paris 6.
Delphine Dinard

Before joining the ACE Management team in October 2000, Delphine worked for venture capital firms APAX Partners and CDC PME. Delphine is a graduate of UTC – Compiègne and holds a Masters degree from HEC – Paris.
Franck Noiret
General Partner at CDC Innovation
Before joining CDC Innovation in 2005, Franck was Director at Apax Partners in Paris for 4 years, where he was responsible for information technologies and telecommunications investments with transactions ranging from early stage to growth buy-outs. Previously, Franck was Principal Banker at the EBRD in London for 5 years with a strong focus on the TMT sector. In addition to managing over €400m of portfolio investments, he also advised a number of Central and Eastern European governments and telecom operators on privatisation matters. Prior to his MBA, Franck worked in corporate finance for Société Générale in London and as an auditor at Arthur Andersen in Paris. Franck graduated with the highest distinction from Sciences-Po Paris (EcoFi 89). In addition, he holds a Master in Corporate Finance from Paris-Dauphine University (DESS 225) and a MBA from the Wharton School (WG’95). Franck is the President of the Wharton Club of Paris and an Executive Committee Officer of Wharton Private Equity Partners. He also serves on the Wharton Alumni Association Board.
